Imprinting change on your organization
Nowadays, most companies recognize the risk of remaining the same in a changing world where there are always more strong competitors emerging. Hence, to remain competitive, many companies are imprinting change, but this is bound to fail with improper approach. Technique like storyboarding and scenario analysis can help, but they must be used in conjunction with rapid, relevant, and frequent feedback on performance. The feedback must measure the right things about how entire operation is changing. Only then it is sure change is imprinting.
