Abstract

A study of the bryophytes of Roaring River State Park, Barry County, Missouri, was made between May, 1978, and July, 1979. An annotated checklist includes collections made during this study, as well as previous collections, and contains 128 taxa representing 33 families, 69 genera and 86 new Barry County records. Nine bryophyte habitat areas are defined and the taxa found in each are listed.
