Nutrition and its relationship to autism

Abstract

This tutorial provides information regarding the relationship between nutrition and autism. A brief review of the literature pertaining to two dietary problems (Candidiasis and gluten/casein intolerance) is included. For illustrative purposes, a case history is provided for each of the dietary problems mentioned. As further research is needed, a procedure for collecting videotapes of behavioral samples is also discussed.
