Abstract
The optical studies on epitaxial anatase phase Ti Co O films, grown by pulsed-laser deposition, were presented. Raman and photoluminescence spectrum was used for the study. It was found that the anatase phase was confirmed by the Raman spectra from the doped and undoped films whereas the photoluminescence spectra was characterized by a broad emission from self-trapped excitons. 1-x x 2
