Recognizing RNs' Cognitive Style Preferences
Abstract
Each individual possesses preferences that characterize a cognitive style. A study examines the predominate cognitive style preferences of stajf registered nurses. A cognitive map may help managers understand how to assist staff nurses to adapt to changes in the work environment.
