Abstract
The screenplay "Remodeling Beth," a dramatic thriller, follows the story of a young woman who remodels the home where her mother died, while battling feelings of parental inadequacy, adulterous temptations, and the spirit of her dead mother. The story examines the various coping mechanisms that people employ when dealing with grief, the psychological regrets of the living, the need for redemption, and the unbreakable bonds forged from parental love.
