Abstract
Hezbollah truly is a manipulative deceitful beast that must be shown in its true form. While it will maintain that it is a legitimate political entity, one can ascertain from this study that its actions dictate otherwise. Whether it is through its manipulation of HAMAS and the PA, the Lebanese people through social programs and politics, or its continual development, distribution and procurement of weapons, Hezbollah’s image is anything but that of a legitimate organization. The danger of mirror imaging is ever present when one examines terrorist organizations such as Hezbollah as its ideology and politics are inseparable. The radical, destructive, and hateful nature of Hezbollah’s agenda should be ever present in one’s mind. Look past the superficial aspects of its alleged socio-political identity, and realize that Hezbollah is a slave to itself and its inherently deceptive image.
