Abstract
This thesis documents the history of the Southwest Missouri State University's Tent Theatre program. The study encompasses major evolutionary changes occurring between 1963 and 1987. Collected documentation includes relevant articles, production programs and reviews, staff and alumni information, and statistics relating to attendance and budget. This accumulation of records and memorabilia relates the historical events in a chronological order.
