Abstract
This thesis outlines the functions of the brain in processing and storing information. The responsibilities of the right-and left-brain hemispheres are outlined; as are the functions of conscious and subconscious. The cause and effect relationship of thought is explored, with emphasis on the ability to reconstruct, transmute, or alchemize thought to achieve a desired result. This reconstruction is applied to the instruction of dance, art, and acting as examples.
