Abstract

Ruby's Eyes is a large section of a fantasy novel for young adults. The first part of the story will set up Ruby's place in her family, her struggle with her identity and her fascination with her house. The focus will gradually shift from present to past as Ruby travels back in time and meets her great-grandparents. In this past world, Ruby will make discoveries that help her come to terms with her place in her family.
