Abstract
This creative thesis used non-broadcast video production techniques to produce a motivational tool for the Jesse Hannah Ministries. The problem addressed by the creative thesis was the production of a videotape program that would motivate individuals to either prepare or update their will. A variety of techniques were used in the production including EFP (Electronic Field Production), studio production, and advanced postproduction. Specific attention was given to the use of dramatic scenes as an enhancement to the message and additional emphasis was placed on the development and use of a questionnaire that would measure the effectiveness of the production. Conclusions based on data gathered from the questionnaire seem to indicate a level of success for the program.
